The Authority’s data protection register shall not cover operations concerning  the  data  of  the  data  controller’s  employees  or  members,  students  engaged under kindergarten  education  agreement,  or  under  student  or  apprenticeship  agreement,  with or without dormitory services, or customers, other than the customers of financial institutions, public utility companies and electronic telecommunications service providers.

4.1. The data we collect during our membership application process:

Name, Place of Birth, Date of Birth, Mother’s name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

4.2. UNDERGROUND Civil Sport Shooting Association stores personal data of members in a database for the purpose of fulfilling free services as well. The data controller is not permitted to forward these details for advertising purposes without the written consent of members.

4.3. UNDERGROUND Civil Sport Shooting Association complies with the Act CXII of 2011 on information self-determination and freedom of information when handling personal data.

4.4. Members have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning them.

Legal Basis of Data Processing

Personal data is processed based on the consent of members. The consent of members is given for the collection of the above mentioned types of personal data by underlining the appropriate declaration of consent, following the acceptance of this Privacy Policy. By subscribing to the newsletter, members accept to receive news and information from UNDERGROUND Civil Sport Shooting Association to the e-mail address provided during the application process.

5.2. By registering on the website, members consent to the processing of their personal data for the following purposes: newsletter, content services and forwarding.

Data processing of the e-mail address provided during application is regulated as follows:

The e-mail address is used to identify and contact the member, as well as to send newsletters. The data controller sends information of the services to members by e-mail. The data controller forwards information about newly added website content to the e-mail address provided during the application process with the express consent of members. The data controller sends newsletters to members, who specifically agree to receive such communication.

Members have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of their personal data saved during the member application process and to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, without justification. Members can unsubscribe in a single step, by clicking through the link provided in the newsletter, or by e-mailing a request to UNDERGROUND Civil Sport Shooting Association. The data controller will then, without undue delay, delete the personal data of members from the database.

5.5. The use of phone numbers provided by members:

Phone numbers are used to contact members.

5.6. Personal data of members is managed on a computer and in written form. Registered data is used for administrative tasks. These tasks are executed in compliance with the members’ rights.

5.9. The data controller does not control personal data. The member is responsible for the validity of the personal data they provide. When providing an e-mail address, the member must ensure that no one else has access to this email service.

Storage Limitation

6.1. The processing of personal data commences by the filling of the application form and ends upon expiry of the membership. Modification of registered personal data can be requested by members.

6.2. The above addendum (6.1.) does not affect the storage principle set out by the relevant legislation.

Data Processors

7.1. Personal data is accessible primarily by appointed officials and employees of UNDERGROUND Civil Sport Shooting Association. Personal data cannot be disclosed or transferred to third parties.

7.2 The data controller may appoint a data processor to manage the IT system, fulfil orders or execute payment related tasks (e.g. system operators, accountants). The data controller is not responsible for the data processing practises of such third parties.

7.3. In addition to the above, the transfer of personal data can only take place if it is stated in a binding legal act or if members consent.

Member Rights

8.1. Members have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation on personal data stored by the controller. Members can request the modification as well as the erasure of this data via the published contact details.

8.2. UNDERGROUND Civil Sport Shooting Association provides information on the relevant personal data stored, the legal basis and time limit of data processing as well as a list of recipients of personal data and the reason of data transfer, when applicable. This information is provided in writing within 30 days.

8.6. UNDERGROUND Civil Sport Shooting Association reserves the right to seek compensation, should a member, upon using the services, provide personal details of a third party, or, cause any damage to the website. UNDERGROUND Civil Sport Shooting Association and the hosting provider will assist the relevant authorities in identifying the person.

Addendum

9.1 The hosting provider may collect statistical data about visitor behaviour. This information cannot be linked to the details provided upon subscription to a membership or to data arising by visiting other websites or using other services.

9.2. Should the hosting provider wish to use this data for purposes other than ones that they had originally provided, they must inform and obtain an explicit written consent from users. Without such consent, the hosting provider cannot use the data for other purposes.

9.3. UNDERGROUND Civil Sport Shooting Association and their hosting provider undertakes to ensure the safety of data and take the necessary technical steps to keep collected, stored and processed date secure. Furthermore, they make every effort to prevent data loss and fraudulent use of data.
